Services
Dr. Tamoro McDonald, ND, is a graduate of Bastyr University, first with her bachelor's in nutrition science and then with her doctorate in naturopathic medicine. Trained as a primary care provider, she integrates Western and natural medicines to give her patients the best care possible. She believes direct care and integrative medicine will bridge the gap we currently have in our healthcare system.
Docere Integrated Medicine offers a varied approach to your medical care and addresses a wide range of health issues. Primary care includes health promotion, disease prevention, health maintenance, counseling, patient education, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses. Primary care promotes effective communication with patients and encourages the role of the patient as a partner in health care.

Dr. Tam, Dr. Don, Michelle (acupuncturist), Kayleen (front desk), Shane (Chinese medicine), and the rest of the team have made us feel like part of their family. Finding Docere has been such a blessing and pleasure!! This team truly cares about people and their health! I was very sick, but Dr Tam and Shane have supported me every step of the way, even taking time during the holidays to ensure I’m on the road to recovery. I am so glad we found Docere. My daughter had an accident that caused a severe concussion. They got us right in and started her on hyperbaric therapy, ozone therapy and supplements.
The results were amazing and I also joined the clinic for my own health journey.
The staff makes you feel like family. This is a place I always enjoy coming to. They listen and work together with me.

Every time my family and I have an issue Docere is able to help me fix it. I have been very impressed and continue to recommend my friends to Docere. Very professional and friendly, they are like family. I would venture to guess that there isn’t anything they don’t know or couldn’t figure it out. I had originally given them 5 stars and a long positive review but my recent experience has changed my perspective on this doctor’s office. I was a member with Docere for 4 months. I paid over $1200 with them during this time. Their tests are very expensive. It was almost $500 out of pocket for a food sensitivity test and hormones test.
Once you inform them that you want to end your membership, their personalities change. I had offered 30 days notice to end my membership but the Operation’s Manager chose on her own not to charge me a final month and said she would cancel all of my upcoming

I found Dr. Tam McDonald at Docere integrative medicine in October 2018 and not a moment too soon. I had debilitating pain and sinus pressure for weeks and could not find relief. I went to urgent care several times, on different occasions they told me it was viral and then they told me that they didn’t know what it was so they were going to prescribe me antibiotics. When I questioned why they were using antibiotics on a virus they just said, well we don’t know what else to try. I decided to try some thing other than Western medicine. Disappointing. Do not recommend. They are extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Very inconsistent in service as well. Ran late for appointments and rushed through my slot to get to their next client on multiple occasions. Text reminders are inconsistent and they cancel appointments last minute. Had that happen to me more than once. Book you out with long periods in between appointments to draw more monthly membership fees. Their final treatment plan was generic, rushed and haphazardly put together. Hundreds spent just to hear their plan, and still no help towards pain relief. Huge hassle to

This is truly an amazing find of a doctors office. The team here really cares about all of their patients and their health! I never felt like I was truly taking care of myself until I started coming here - Dr. Tam is the perfect mix of incredibly smart and caring and Dr. Shane is so passionate and makes it a point to use the latest technologies so every patient gets the BEST care.
I couldn’t recommend this place more for truly caring and comprehensive care. They make you feel like family!!
