Services
Until one is faced with the challenge of providing full-time care for an aging parent, it's almost impossible to understand the strain it can place on the entire family. We've been there. Preserving family unity and peace of mind through a challenging and uncertain time is the reason Fedelta Home Care was founded.
Fedelta Home Care serves seniors who want to continue to live happily and independently, even as health challenges arise and their care needs change. Since Fedelta began in 2004, we've steadily expanded our in-home care services. Today, we offer a full range of integrated care solutions including in-home companion care, nursing care, and care management.
Home care is typically paid for privately, or through a pre-existing long-term care insurance policy. If a long-term care insurance policy is activated, we will submit the 'plan of care' to the insurance company and make sure you get reimbursed for the care services. While Medicare reimburses for some outpatient therapies, it does not cover non-medical home care.
We have excellent caregivers that suit our personalities and they know our needs and our wants. We have an excellent caregiver because we can joke with them and they are not stiff and no fun, they fit right in. They're friendly, experienced, and professional. They bathe him, change his wounds, change his bedding, and feed him.
Our Care Managers begin by conducting either a free Home Care Assessment or Care Management Phone Consultation. Home Care Assessments can be provided in homes, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, etc. After the assessment, your dedicated Care Manager will develop a customized Home Care and/or Care Management plan.

Everyone at Fedelta has been very helpful from the start of getting home care set up for my Mom! Since I live out of town, it means a lot to me to have the consistently dependable service I have received. My Mom has benefitted from the help of her home care providers and really enjoys their presence and diligent work. When necessary, replacements have been lined up promptly. Thank you very much for making this time easier for my Mom, myself, and my family!!!

My family engaged Fedelta to provide 24/7 care for our father following a fall. He was in an assisted living facility that could not provide the care he needed. The caregivers were great with Dad - kind, caring, skilled, and professional. The admin staff was equally great to work with. Everyone we worked with helped make a difficult time a bit easier. We highly recommend Fedelta.

We engaged Fedelta Home Care to provide a care giver once a week for my mother. They were very easy to work with, made it easy to understand the process and the options, and provided multiple ways to communicate within the organization. We had them for almost a full year, and our care giver ALWAYS came at the date and time agreed (and it was the same nice lady!) She assisted with shopping, taking Mom to the Doctor, getting her hair done -- it was so great to have such a positive experience with something as critical as this. Would highly recommend

When my Nana was in the hospital Fedelta helped us find the right facility to get her in for rehab. The representative was amazing and a whirlwind of positive energy while my family panicked since we knew so little about everything that was going on.

I have had the pleasure of observing the compassion and caring provided by Fedelta Caregivers, Nurses, Client Service Managers, Community Liaisons and Care Coordinators. Their focus for each and every client and family they serve is to deliver high quality home care that improves a patient's health recovery or to allow seniors to age in place in their home or community. Evergreen Hospital in Kirkland referred us to Jennifer Schaub, a Fedelta consultant, to assist us in finding an assisted living facility for our father. I'll just state that the circumstances were challenging and limiting, but the outcome was the best we could have hoped for. I honestly don't know how we could have navigated this process without Jennifer. She is amazing! I highly recommend her. She went above and beyond checking all of the options we could possibly think of. In the end we went with her first recommendation, because she is great at her job and had lined us up with the best scenario
