Through manual spinal manipulation, chiropractic care is a holistic therapy that focuses on maintaining healthy musculoskeletal and nervous systems to ensure overall wellness. The research about chiropractic care is growing. According to the Annals of Internal Medicine, recent studies show that spinal manipulative therapy performed by a chiropractor, along with exercise, relieve neck pain more effectively than medication.
Orthotics are custom designed specifically for your foot to improve your running, walking, and balance by supporting the arch, cradling the heel and rotating your foot into a "neutral" position. Orthotics are custom made shoe inserts. They can only be ordered by a medical professional after an examination of your feet, your gait, your pronation, and an analysis of any pain you may be experiencing.
Many types of people, at many levels of fitness, who have begun doing Pilates exercises say they've seen improvements in range of motion, flexibility, circulation, posture, and abdominal strength - and decreases in back, neck and joint pain. Pilates is a system of strengthening and stretching exercises designed to develop the body's core, mobilize the spine and build flexibility.

My back started off hurting when I would stand or walk for long periods. It then started hurting even when sitting. Having just recently moved to the area, I couldn't ask friends for a recommendation for a chiropractor. So I found Erdenheim Chiropractic through the Aetna website. From the moment I called, I had a good feeling about them. They still value good customer service. From calling to make an appointment, to walking through the front door, they're all smiles, the real ones.

Dr. Laura Wood adjusted my back and after just the first session I felt much better. The good Doctor is
