Chiropractic is a natural, drug-free practice striving toward functional improvement and achieving a wellness based lifestyle. Through external forces, adjustments to the vertebrae of the spine are delivered, which in turn directly stimulate the nervous system. Due to this direct stimulation, issues such as neck, back, and nerve pain can be relieved.
Stress, GI irregularity, allergy suffering and much more can also be influenced by Chiropractic care to bring about a more pleasant daily life. Pregnancy causes significant changes in the body, not only represented by a growing belly, but with hormonal changes and a change in posture and gait, chiropractic can help.

Chiropractic care was first founded by D.D. Palmer in 1895. While working in Davenport, Iowa, as a magnetic healer, Palmer became fascinated by the skeletal system, proclaiming that alignment of the spinal vertebrae could have a direct influence in the body's ability to fight off and heal disease. His first patient was a man by the name of Harvey Lillard who worked as a janitor in the building that Palmer worked out of.

Dr. Lindsey is the absolute best! I did ballet for 24 years and work at a computer all day, so naturally I have a sore back and stiff neck every now and then. I went to see Dr. Lindsey and after one visit, I felt amazing. She was knowledgeable, thorough, and has a great bedside manner. I wish I had gone to see her sooner! Words can't describe how great she is and how wonderful I feel now.
