A family member needed assistance with an immigration matter and this office gladly took their money and did nothing but stall and collect more money, after going ghost for months, always got the attorney will call you back lie, we decided to show up un announced and they once again said we could not be seen, finally after months at least 10 we got a call that we needed to go to the office and we were told there was nothing that could be done with our case..!!! Just like that goodbye... sad thing what this firm does to people, the rich stealing from the poor... do not seek help at this firm...

Do not ignore the reg flags and the bad reviews. They are there for a reason. I worked here for a little less than 1 year. Management and CEO/Owner only care about one thing.... Money. They don't care about providing quality service to clients, they don't care about employees, they DON'T CARE period. They will lie and tell you what you want to hear and make you promises about what the firm can do for you- these are straight up lies to get you to sign a contract. Once you sign everything is straight downhill. No one will return your calls and you'll end up paying off your retainer

This law firm has been worse and worse. Wish I could give negative stars. They harass each month for the payments agreed to be automatically withdrawn and will call and call. Not necessary and they are rude and have hung up on me and my mom because we just don't want to be harassed for automatic payments that are signed and agreed to. Don't we wish we could just stop paying them because they are awful and only care about the money. Rude and useless. They sell a good bill of goods and boy do we regret hitching ourselves to this broken wagon!!! They do not care about their clients.

If you need a good lawyer, you are in the wrong place. they charged me 5 thousand dollars to change my immigration address, but this was not the deal, on the first day they treated me very well, until I signed the contract, then it was a nightmare, I spent three months without knowing who was defending me . they won't let you speak to your lawyer directly. I hired them to work an immigration case for my daughter. After 3 months I had not received any calls or information from them and when I would call the person handling my case the receptionist would say I would get a callback, two weeks would pass and they never returned my calls. I would like to post an update just received my itemized bill from their so-called services they were charging me $15 for every text Communication phone call which is utterly ridiculous and administrative fee of $500 which was ridiculous as well an attorney file review the attorney never reviewed the file never even spoke to us nothing charges $200 and something for that this place is a rip-off save your money go somewhere else worst Law Firm ever9.. oh and by the way to respond to their response you would have to communicate with us for there to be a misunderstanding so there was no misunderstanding

So we came because of everything the is going on with ICE outside courts so my dad pay them 2000 for a ticket of no license which I'm sure is not more then 1000 dollars so by the time of the appointment they said yes is better for you guys to hire us because he won't have to worried about ICE short story we have to paid 390 more but not just about the money but they want it for him to go to court of paying so what was the point of paying for there service if at the end we paid more then the ticket and they we're sending him to court and paid.
