To say I’m angry is an understatement. Whoever makes the compounded suppositories should be fired . This is my 4th patch of broken ones . At almost 300 dollars for 90 , half shouldn’t break . Do you know why they break ? They aren’t being made correctly . Do you know how I know ? I just received 90 from a compounding company in NY city . They were 100 dollars for 90 , a lot smaller and guess what ??? None will break . To think of all the money I’ve wasted on Axtell and I told the pharmacist they were breaking and brought the broken ones to them . Did anything change ? Nope . This batch

I love the pharmacy staff..BUT the pharmacist Bryan is absolutely awful. He does not care about the community human or otherwise. I have seen him in sweatpants more times than not, not very passionate or personable at all!!!!
All of Axtell Pilot Point's previous pharmacists were all wonderful. This one really doesn't care and that you can tell from his face. My prescriptions have been transferred.
