Our pharmacy makes it easy to fill or refill a prescription right from our website! For refills, please provide a Prescription Number whenever possible. To ensure speedy processing be sure to notify us if your insurance information has changed in any way. When necessary our pharmacists will contact your healthcare provider and insurance plan for renewals and appropriate authorizations.
Every one of our pharmacists has completed extensive education and clinical training as well as specialized training. They are professionals who hold memberships and fellowships in many professional organizations. While I live in Denton, I can order my prescriptions from Aubrey Pharmacy and they arrive in the mail the next day. If I need it sooner Steve will make sure I get it the same day as ordered. Have been in a couple more times and have always paid about twice as much as I would have at CVS or Walgreens. This is acceptable as it is a small town pharmacy, but when I have to be schooled on the type of vaccination I need, that's a little too much. I call and ask if they have the senior flu shot and I am told they do not because she is a senior and she does not need it. What difference that makes, I have no idea since I have COPD and need the senior flu shot and apparently she doesn't. Try keeping your opinion to yourself.

This place is on point in terms of customer service and speed. Had never heard of it, as there are several options between our home and the pharmacy, including industry leaders, but had no choice but to shop around when confronted with skyrocketing costs for a maintenance medication. Apparently, this is a preferred provider, which brought costs down. What won us over is the speed in which scripts are filled. No hours long waits. Left a doctor's appointment at 410p yesterday and received a text at 429 that my script was ready.

Five Stars! Aubrey Pharmacy rocks! As a professional patient, I have been through the wringer with the big-box pharmacies (Walgreen’s, CVS, etc…). After one visit to this pharmacy, I realized that there really is a better way to go. The difference between this independent pharmacy and the rest is like night & day. Aubrey pharmacy has excellent prices, they always have what I need and the service is lightning fast. You can’t beat the friendly service! On July 11th I was at urgent care and needed crutches and a boot. My husband walked over next door to the pharmacy and bought me a boot size Medium. Based on the size guide, he was right I would need a Medium Boot, but when I saw it I knew a small would be better. I asked him but he insisted that I'm a size 8.5. Ok, let's try it. Sure enough it was too big and I didn't use it. The next morning I gave it another try and it was just too heavy and big for me. I purchase some American flags that you mount on the rear windows of your cars for holidays. I walked out in the parking lot after purchasing them and mounted one on each side of my car and drove home. By the time I got home the flags were all frayed and falling apart. I called the Aubrey Pharmacy and told the girl the situation and she said that's strange, we all up here mounted them on our cars and had them on there for over a year. She never offered a sorry, offered a refund, are and exchange. I will not be back.

My name is Jennifer, I have moved from Denton to Aubrey. I have a lot of medications that I am on as well as my son. With that being said I would like everybody in the whole world to know that this pharmacy will go above and beyond to make sure that your needs are met. Just a quick little example, there was a mess up somewhere in the insurance for my sons pills for seven days straight because of the stupid insurance company does pharmacy work there but off to try to figure out what was going on and to try to get his medicines filled.
