I teach group and private yoga instruction, and specialize in traditional Thai bodywork. I began my therapeutic education in 1999 at East West College of the Healing Arts training to become a licensed massage therapist. In 2005 I began a serious study of yoga after personally experiencing the healing transformation of yoga on my own body which had been through a lifetime of athletic endeavors such as horse back riding, swimming, and sports.
Mentored by Christen Allsop, I obtained my yoga teacher's certification from White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara California.

Services
Traditional Thai massage is a multifaceted therapeutic bodywork modality that incorporates Thai deep tissue practices; luxurious passive stretching; application of herbal balms, liniments, oil, and compresses; as well as Thai cupping and body scraping. The client wears loose comfortable clothing receiving their treatment on a mat on the floor.
Since 2005, yoga has been a vital element in my life, and I was called to teach in 2011 when my instructor and mentor, Christen Allsop, created Cannon Beach Yoga Arts. I discovered the foundational teacher training I sought through the pioneering program at the White Lotus Foundation where I studied with Ganga White and Tracey Rich.
