For more information & to schedule a private yoga session visit our private yoga session page. This is a unique opportunity to practice in the studio. You will join 2 other yogi practitioners for a weekly practice. Your "cohort" will be together for the entire month. This is not a private session, but an opportunity to take a group studio class for the month.
You will be able to choose what style, level, and length of class you would like, and if you would like to have music for your practice. We will also modify for any specific injuries to the best of our ability. For more information & to schedule a private yoga session Email: yogarootsmanzanita@gmail.com.
YOGA BASICS - Learn the fundamentals of the yoga postures in a supportive environment. We will focus on good alignment and breath awareness within the postures and how to "start from where you are". This class will allow for a deeper knowledge of the foundation of the yoga practice and will prepare you for other led classes.
If you've ever wanted to learn more about how to move into an inversion, this is a great workshop to try it out. Low pressure & lots of fun. We will practice a full Vinyasa style class, pausing throughout to discuss the physical anatomy of the some of the postures we often practice. After the class, we will work on the core and the shoulders specifically to dissect ways in which these two components really help get us upside down.
Our studio is physically small so, thank you in advance for your thoughtful contribution in making our studio space comfortable for everyone in our yoga community. Yoga Roots Studio was built on the idea that we are a shared community of yogis. This means that we share a safe, comfortable, and high vibration space with positive intention.
