If I could give 0 stars I would! Trying to get ahold of our representative was like trying to raise the dead! They did not have our backs through our selling and closing process, encouraging us to accept a deal through a loan format which cost us over $20,000 extra in "mandatory repairs" we knew nothing about with that specific type of loan! Then after closing they still didn't have our backs, passing on harassing messages from the purchasers and their agent over items that weren't required to be repaired by us, and that had not been contracted for us to pay for- for over 6

Do not do business with these people. They tried to make me think getting a little over $29,000.00 cash for my $400,000 property was a bargain. Is it because I am older? These are bad and dishonest people. Stay clear!

Critical: Professionalism
They send super lower offer letters to elderly folks in nursing homes. The letter is made to look like a legal document that needs to be signed. Very deceptive, very deceiving, trying to scam older folks out of their property.
