Services
Our Home Help services provide personal care to elderly and disabled persons who need hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and assistance with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs). It is expected that the population of older Americans will increase dramatically in the next twenty years.
Personal care services are essential to every segment of the population. But some of our more fragile populations face transportation challenges to get around. Some must rely on family and friends or local community organizations to transport them. If these options become limited, Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) or Non-Medical Transportation (NMT) can fill in the gap.
MI Health Link is a health care option for Michigan adults, ages 21 or over, who are enrolled in both Medicare and Medicaid. MI Health Link offers a broad range of medical and behavioral health services, pharmacy, home, and community-based services and nursing home care, all in a single program designed to meet individual needs.
