I have used this company 3 times and will continue using them for airport transportation in Detroit. They have always been on time and the drivers are great with communicating where they are or how to find them via phone call or text. The email confirmation has easy to understand detailed airport pickup instructions as well. It’s so much less stressful than trying to locate a Lyft or an Uber especially when traveling very early or very late at night. The rates are reasonable and they are transparent with everything being charged.

I've been extremely happy with using Metro Taxi Detroit for transport between my home and DTW and back. I used to rely on Uber or Lyft and spent too much time either waiting for a car or a car not showing up. Uber/Lyft performance has deteriorated significantly so I was pleasantly surprised that Metro Taxi Detroit was not only VERY RELIABLE but also REASONABLY priced. While a few $ more than Uber/Lyft, I NEVER end up waiting on either end which reduces stress and saves me time. I'm a permanent convert regardless of whether Uber/Lyft get their act together. Great experience! Excellent service! Good price, easy to book, friendly driver. Offers a large can for family with kids and more luggage's. Been using the service a few times and generally satisfied. While coming back from the airport, we came out after 2 hours because of long queue at custom but the cab was waiting and they did not charge me extra for it. I will highly recommend them. I would definitely use them again.
