The Altiras companies were founded with sustainability as a core value. Our initial founding was for the purpose of the beneficial reuse of chemical and petroleum products. The Altiras founders and management team have extensive experience in beneficial reuse of chemicals, fuels, petroleum products, and electronics prior to founding the company.

I signed up with Altires 3 years ago. Over time they kept increasing my rate! For the last three months I've tried to contact them number of times and left voicemail with no luck. They don't even answer their phone. I signed up with another company. A word of advice to Altiras is to contact your customers who've been loyal to you for more than three years and answer your phone. Poor customer service is the worst bussineses model.

Poorly run company with a poor business model. Rennée will dodge customer calls if they don’t feel like talking to you, after you signed the contract with them you’re no longer important. Just know there will always be fees that are hidden. Owner is a nice guy but behind the scenes they want your money how ever they can get it even if it requires you to lie or cheat. You’d be better off just accepting cash for your business.

I recently had an issue with my Internet being down. I was buried with an upcoming Show. I call my Rep and he immediately set me up with Mobile Solution that worked with me Smart Phone and my Tablets in the Shop. I thought this would take weeks to resolve. It was done in a matter of two days. I will never move my business to another Processor. I am happy where I am and know they will be there in a pinch! Congratulations to a great team!

The representative that signed me up lied straight to my face. Sergio Millan for the record. I was told there would be NO contract later to find out he signed me up for a 3 year contract. I have this service for 2 month and I am being charged ridiculous amounts, when the machine is not being used.
So they charge 25 minimum fee plus another 30 plus insurance for the machine. That is at least 55 dollars a month.
When you talk to him, he tell you everything you want to hear. NO contract, cancel whenever you want, with no penalty.
Just to find out that the cancellation

0 Stars! TERRIBLE, NIGHTMARE, LIED and HID INFORMATION by sales representative! I was told there was not cancelation fees, after having the account for less than a month I decided to cancel because I was never told that the maximum charge we were able to run was set to $1,000! Our business runs way higher transactions than that. We have been working with merchant services for over 10 years and never had a horrible experience like this one. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!

Very disappointed right now. Using Altiras for several months now without a problem until I got a call requesting an invoice from a recent transaction so they can release the funds to my account. Questions like "What was this invoice for?" "What does your Company do?" "What did the customer order?" Sent them the invoice they requested and funds still not deposited. Again, there has never been a problem before and no pattern created to merit a call or questions like this. If their company doesn't trust me or my company without valid reason then there's no reason for me to trust their company. Also
