Services
We are manually oriented and emphasize one-to-one treatment sessions with the physical therapist. We are skilled in treatment of sports injuries, injuries related to postural and overuse dysfunctions, and post-operative rehabilitation as well as treatment of work and motor-vehicle accident related injuries.
Nancy is co-owner of Bear Mountain PT. She earned her Master's degree in Physical Therapy from Touro College in 1993. She also received her Bachelor's Degree from Stonybook University, and a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology from Long Island University. Nancy specializes in manual therapy; she also utilizes muscle energy techniques, craniosacral techniques, PNF and neural mobilization.
