I was working with Dennis (DJ) who very communicative and friendly, but then things changed. I had spoken with him several times in the last few days regarding a property for sale, but not yet officially listed. Our conversations were delayed a couple of days while I was waiting for him to send me pictures.
He called to tell me someone else was also interested in the property we were discussing and I would likely need to make a decision soon. I had communicated I have secured financing and will make a decision very soon. I called him 43 min after our last conversation and left a voicemail to inform

Completely incompetent - It takes forever for this company to get in contact with you. It just seems like they just do not care!!! I wanted to make an offer on one of their listings. Neither my agent or myself could get a hold of the listing agent. Finally after days I got a hold of the agent and he told me that the house I was wanting to buy got foreclosed on a day earlier. The agent knew about me being interested in buying the property out of short sale but he did not think that it was necessary to contact me or my agent with the deadline when the house would go into foreclosure.
