Run, dont walk, away from this garbage a** dentist office. I CAN NOT speak poorly enough about my experiences with this office. Twice now I have been treated poorly, left to resolve issues on my own by visiting other dentists here in Orlando. The first time I visited SoDo Smiles was for an exam and evaluation on 2 front teeth I was having issues with that I knew needed root canals and crowns. I have DeltaCare HMO insurance, so the prices for these services are fixed, so walking into the office, I knew approximately how much my bill should've been to have these 2 teeth repaired. Went for pre-exam in July and was given a pre-authoraztion for root canal therapy and crown work. My appointment was today 8/18/21 was approached first thing by office manager and she stated she had tried contacting yesterday, gave me a new charge breakdown and it was 800.00 more!!!!! I asked why this was being handed to me day of procedure, she advised they can't SUBMIT it until 72 hours prior. I asked her to contact my Insurance she states she can't, I advised I would go to my car and contact them it came out to over 800.00 less. So I go back in and speak with office manager and

After a couple years of dental anxiety and not having insurance, I went to sodo smiles for a check up and Dr. Nathoo was so kind and personable. He took his time explaining my X-rays, procedures that I would need and once I "okay'd" everything, he actually did whatever filling and onlay I needed immediately after! Didn't have to make any follow up appointments or anything. I highly recommend this dentist and this practice.

After suffering toothache pain over a weekend, I called SoDo Smiles Dentistry in desperation. Every other dentist I contacted was booked solid for at least a week...so was SDSD. Nevertheless, the voice on the phone said, "If you can be here in half an hour, we will fit you in." Great first impression!
The office is within walking distance of my residence and I was able to complete my new patient profile online, saving me time, which is a huge plus in my book.
The office is located in a busy strip mall, surrounded by restaurants. Despite the brisk traffic, parking is easy to find.

I have been looking for a dentist in Orlando for almost 2 years and I have finally found my spot. every staff member was fantastic. From the receptionist, x-ray technician, assistants and the dentist himself, everyone was exceptionally friendly. Throughout my appointment I was kept up to date with exactly what was going on and kept up to date on pricing! I had a wonderful time and I really appreciate their effort it made my experience wonderful! I will definitely be recommending these guys to everyone I know in Orlando!

Dr. Lisa Peters and her staff were amazing and very friendly. I had my teeth cleaned and an exam done and the office was very up to date and clean.
