When I locked myself out of my truck for the first time in over a decade these guys were a lifesaver. I was working on getting a rental fixed to go on the market and needed to get the locks changed twice and both times Southern Nevada Locksmiths changed all the locks and keyed them alike.

Fast and professional. I purchased a new house and hadn't yet changed the locks. Someone had entered the house using a key (as they locked the door behind them when they left) so I was in a panic and it was a Sunday. I called Southern Nevada Locksmith and he asked me to send a pic of the lock so he could text back a quote which he did right away. He said he could come the next day and I asked (all through text) if there was anyway he could come that same day. He agreed and was there within about 2 hours of our initial contact and exactly at the time we agreed upon. It was a Sunday and he did

I managed to lock myself out of my car while being in a rich to get materials for the company I work for so I called Southern Nevada Locksmith and they couldn't have been more helpful! Even though they didn't answer my call they made sure to call me back straight away and they arrived in 5 minutes. Another couple of minutes and I was back in my car, paid for, and on my way. Couldn't have asked for more really!

I reached out to this company to get a quote for someone to come open our mailbox after I lost my key. Instead of replying with a quote, (some other places were trying to charge me up to $95 just to open it) they simply replied with a way that would save me money and actually help me out. It was that simple. I really appreciate the honesty. If I ever really need a locksmith I would make sure to hire these guys knowing how honest they are.

I had plans a few nights ago, my brother stopped by before I left the house... Backed into my driveway diagonally, blocking my car in the garage. And of course he locked his keys in the car! I gave Southern Nevada Locksmith a call and they were there within 20 minutes! Had his car opened in less than 5! Saved my night, and my brother may be able to credit them for saving his life! Haha! Thanks guys!

They answered the phone within 2 rings, which is rare in Vegas, were courteous on the phone and empathetic, came on time and were finished opening my door in less than a minute. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is I did not see the name of the business on the car so I wasn't sure it was the tech. Other than that I will use them in the future.
