I developed and started the business in Phoenix, Arizona, and after 7 successful years, I decide to sell my business to one of the other franchisees in Arizona. I needed some locks rekeyed and read some reviews about this company. Bill was fast and efficient, price was very reasonable for what I requested to have done, he even fixed one of my handles for free. Halloween night and I was heading home to change for Halloween partying.
The new cleaning lady locked me out of my house after being specific instructions on what lock NOT to do.
Here's my timeline with Smart Home Locksmith
3:38 PM; I discover that I'm locked out of my house.
3:45 PM: I call the Smart Home Locksmith from the number I found on Yelp.
I describe my situation, and I'm asked for my address. He mentions that I'm on the right side of town as he's heading in my direction. He'll be there in 15 minutes or less.
3:56 PM: Locksmith arrives and he

I cannot say enough about this business. We had a slide lock on a door break. Bill answered his phone and was at our house in an hour. Our problem is really a door issue not a locksmith issue. He was super honest and up front with us. No games/no BS pure honesty! He also went out of his way to recommend someone who could help us fix the door. TOTAL LIFE SAVER! We were driving through LV headed home to Phoenix and stopped to run in the store when the door latch on our motorcoach stopped working with the dog inside. LOCKED OUT and we had no way to get in without breaking a window. Called several people, but Bill showed up FAST knowing our dog Bird was inside. Can't thank him enough. Extremely rare to get such great service these days. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Bill hooked me up! Scheduled me same day and he only expected to do about 4 locks, but ended up doing more. He went above and beyond when he installed a door handle on a door that didn’t have one and also fixed a soon-to-fail piece with a better screw. Went around to all the newly rekeyed locks and all turning fine!

Had my keys stolen so I needed someone to come out and rekey my house . Called a few places and got the runaround . I called smart home locksmith and spoke to Bill . He asked me a few questions and then quoted me a flat rate no additional fees . Well sure enough right down to the exact quote . Plus reprogrammed my garage door for free . I highly recommend!
