What can I say about this company? Complete and utter disappointment... People here need to get their act together. Reached out to them via a Craigslist ad, sent them pictures of the equipment that we want to get rid of. I was called back a few days later and was told that they would take it and gave me an offer amount and a day to pick it up. I call them the day of and they don't remember talking to me. Okay, fine. I explain the situation and was given a pickup date and offer via email. I agree to it. The night before, I call and leave a voice mail and send an email. Nothing. I call today
