Omar, Carlos and team are PROS. After hearing from various trusted friends that AF is the only place they would take their vehicle, I drove down from my home in Mammoth and dropped off my truck. They returned the truck brand new, on time, at a fair price, and handled the process start to finish with total transparency and professionalism. After getting delayed and incomplete estimates from other local shops I came into contact with Omar at my work (True Grit Barbershop) and explained my situation. He went above and beyond to make sure I totally understood the true amount of work it would take to satisfy what I needed done. After getting to work on my 2014 Jeep he was able to be contacted and let me know how things were going at anytime. When extra work was needed he made sure to keep to his word to his best ability of staying near the number he estimated. He did work he wasn’t obligated to do, to make sure it was a job well done

I can’t say enough good things about AF Collision, but what stood out the most was the level of customer service. Everywhere else I’ve been they just treat people like another number in the queue, but here I was treated as a valued customer and had an open line of communication with the staff. Excellent experience, and I highly recommend these guys.

My car was hit by a hit and run driver and I needed it repaired but everywhere I was looking at was at least going to have to wait 2 months for an appointment and will all of this going on I needed a great solution and looked online found AF collision. Great location and staff the owner Omar was up front and honest and checked in with me every step of the way. The repair was done faster than expected and car looks like new. Omar, the owner, had such great customer service. He didn't just give me a price and my car back, he explained everything in detail so that I had a peace of mind in everything he did. I detest going to new garages or body shops. I think every woman, who has ever walked into one of these places alone, has had the same experience. We are spoken to as if we are a bit slow (or complete idiots); we are told that we need things that we do not. We are charged more than a man would be charged and someone has looked us up and down at least 2-3 times. It's a horrible experience.

These men are very professional, talented and fairly priced. I had them do body work on my 2016 Maserati with outstanding results. The dealership said that AF Collision's paint work was better than the original, factory paint. I agree. What's more, they were thousands less than the body shop the dealership recommended. I just picked up my new 2019 Maserati and had them Ceramic coat it for me. Again, great results and at a very fair price. I highly recommend this shop.

These guys are the real deal!! I came into the repair shop to get an estimate on a small repair but needed another repair at another time. Omar one of the owners was so nice and understanding and didn't try to "sell " me. I got the first repair completed and they did a wonderful job. Weeks later and I returned for the additional repairs. They did a fantastic job, tried very hard to work with my timeline which changed and were so understanding and Professional!! I would return any time if my car needed additional repairs. They did a truly great job and were a real pleasure to deal

My 2004 4runner just up and decided to burn out the tailgate actuator. This means I couldn't open the back door even from the inside. I called a trusted mechanic and he recommended a new body shop next door called AF collision. I called them up and Omar answered immediately. I brought my truck over and he and Carlos spent 30 minutes helping me to disengage the lock and disassemble the door to diagnose the problem. In the end, in order to save me money, they recommended that I buy the part online and bring it back to them to install for free. I ended finding the part in lemon Grove and

I went to AF Collision after my car was rear ended. Omar took care of everything all i had to do was hand over my keys they went above and beyond making sure i got the right rental for the time being.
This guys gave me back pretty much a new car made it look like nothing had ever happened and it was sooo clean I couldn't believe it.

My absolute new favorite spot for collision fixes. Omar the owner was the most helpful and friendly mechanic I have ever been to. I had a minor scratch on my car and instead of just giving me one quote/solution, he suggested a much more affordable alternative. Very trustworthy place. No one wants to have to take their car to the body shop. When you do, you want a referred company someone else has had a good experience with. I was referred to AF Collision (AFC) by a coworker who had also been referred to them.
Upon contacting AFC, I spoke to Omar and was given an appointment right away. Upon arrival, the lot and office were clean, I was greeted right away in a friendly manner, conducted the thorough inspection of the car, and had a quote within 20 minutes of being there. They gave me an estimate of delivery which they met, and the quote was exactly as they said it would be

I recently just went here to fix a bad bumper from hitting a pole earlier in the month. Since I couldn't come in time on a Saturday to get an estimate, I sent in pictures of my car to Omar and he was able to figure out an estimate using my pictures. Additionally, he went out of his way when I came in early one morning to thoroughly check my car and buff out the scrapes on my bumper using a "magical liquid", bringing down the costs of fixing my car by around $800! He also went out of his way to buff out additional scrapes that I had on my car using that magic liquid with no extra
