I was heading out the door to go to work today when I realized my keys were locked in my car and I was worried about getting in trouble for being late. So I called A1 Agent Locksmith and Paul told me 20-30 min but showed up in 15 and I was able to get to work on time. I will always refer Paul from A1 Agent any time someone needs a good honest locksmith.

I had this company out to my house to rekey my locks he was there for one hour I believe his name was Paul and charged me $560 for seven locks I asked him that isn't this a little bit too much and he went off on me telling me to f*** off cursing at me I was starting to get very very scared that he was going to hurt me he started walking towards me and he demanded his money so I paid him and told him to get out of my house and never come back and I felt like I was totally ripped off and scammed this company is a total rip off and I've noticed on a couple of other reviews on Google. This is a one person outfit and it is a Complete disaster..... Totally unreliable does not show up when supposed to and later when he finally got here he left lock in worse condition than when he started by shoving a screw into it to try and pretend it was repaired. ..... And charged $125. We Needed to call someone else to completely do over this botched mess.........unless you want aggravation and an unfinished mess beware......he said there was a six month guarantee but when we called him back he hung up on us. And said stop disturbing him
