Keith Hart grew up taking everything apart and putting it back together. He loved figuring out the science behind the object; how things worked, why they worked, and how he could add to that magic. He used his parents tools in the garage to take apart everything; from lawnmowers to lights to windows to computers to swing sets.

Keith changed his major 6 times throughout college, realizing he didn't want to sit behind a computer for a career, but instead, wanted to be on his feet fixing things and using his hands.

Responded to unlock my car door in 20 minutes. When I called for service it was an actual local company and not some national call center dispatching to a nearby company. It was less than half of the cost quoted by the other company. Very fair pricing for the speed of service and professionalism. Highly recommend Keith Hart and Lockhart Locksmith.

I called Keith @ Lockhart Locksmith to re-key a new home I bought. I was only given one key to the house and it didn't unlock all of the doors. He was able to meet with me quickly and did a thorough and excellent job. Very professional and had good suggestions too. I highly recommend Lockhart Locksmith.

After we purchased a house in Sarasota, We chose Lockhart Locksmith because of his positive reviews and his phone etiquette. Keith was able to re-key all locks to match one key. He also replaced the locks on the front door with new modern hardware. We selected the locks from his website gallery, they operate smoothly and match the entrance decor. Highly recommend their services and will call them again if we need a locksmith.

Had an intruder around midnight a couple of days ago as our lock on the front gate was frozen, useless. Called Lockhart. Keith answered the phone, scheduled a same day appointment to check out our gate. He showed up on time and I told him what kind of a lock I wanted for the gate. Keith's installation charge was reasonable but the lock I wanted cost a lot. When I informed keith it costs too much, he suggested a solid lock that I could put on myself that costs much less and would work just the same. Following his recommendation, I purchased a lock and put it on myself. There was no charge

My mailbox lock was super sticky so I ordered a replacement on Amazon.
That's about as far as I got. I couldn't get the old lock out.
Larkhart was the first to respond AND offered the most reasonable rate.
The replacement was easy for Mr Lockhart.
I could have never completed the replacement myself (and I'm pretty handy)
He was quick, efficient, super polite. Highly recommend !!! I'm super grateful for his help!

I got locked out of my house when I accidentally closed my auto-locking patio sliding doors behind me. Luckily for me, I had my phone in my pocket. I got locked out in the evening and didn't even have shoes on, so I was expecting to have to wait for a long time and pay a lot to get back in. I made a few calls and eventually another out of area locksmith forwarded my info to Lockhart. Keith called me a couple minutes later and was at my house shortly after. Using his tools, he was able to get me back in my house in little time without damaging any locks or doors and without damaging my wallet
