I had the worst tooth ache ever experienced. I called about six dentists in Kingman explaining my pain level is extreme in the right side of my mouth expanding from my forehead to my shoulders and I need emergency care. They all told me "we can make you an appointment next week or in two weeks from now."
Then I called Jennings & Larson Family Dentistry explaining my pain level. The receptionist told me to come in right away. (the only dentist office in town that understands the definition of emergency)
When I arrived they got me into the chair immediately

My husband had been on antibiotics twice for an infection under a crown. They answered the call on a Saturday when the pain came back worse than ever, even though they were home! Got him right in on Monday! Exceptional service! Staff was great! Referred us to an Oral surgeon, even called to see when we could be seen. Highly recommend this dental office! Over and above what we expected!

Terrible experience. My husband and I were new patients. Vickie (front desk) was knowledgeable and helpful and we greatly appreciate her. But neither the hygienist (Ryan) nor the dentist (Dr. Seth) introduced themselves. I can't remember any appointment when the hygienist didn't floss my teeth or my bridge. The hygienist checked for oral cancer and how my mouth opens. In every other office we've been the DENTIST does that. He also told me I have no problem with my jaw when I open. I have been seeing a TMD specialist for decades, and have an appliance, because of such a serious shift when I open
