My name is Mahria Osborn I am the practicing registered dental hygienist at Let's C U Smile Dentistry. I have been a part of Let's C U Smile since the beginning in 2011. This office is very unique because we put YOU, the patient first and only present the best treatment plans for your specific needs.
In 2008 I graduated from the University Of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) with a Doctorate in dental medicine (DMD). Graduating, cum laude, I was equipped with the finest education and trained with the most up to date technology. I knew that I had something special to offer the Kingman community. The Let's C U Smile team and I are committed to providing you, your family and friends with the best dentistry available.
Limited or Emergency Exam - This exam takes place when an unexpected dental issue has come up that was not presented as a problem at your initial visit or hygiene (cleaning) visit. Appropriate x-rays are performed; usually a single x-ray is taken of the problem area. Dr. Haynes will check any necessary symptoms (pressure, temperature, sensitivity, etc.) for a accurate diagnosis.
Full Mouth Series - also known as an FMX consists of 18 photos to capture all areas of the mouth for a detailed diagnosis and treatment planning. An FMX is taken at your first visit and every 3-5 years after. Bitewing X-ray - Consists of 2-7 photos that can be taken horizontally or vertically. Used to capture the top or crowns of the back teeth and evaluate bone level.
Nightghuards - Made specifically for your mouth, with an impression, for optimum comfort and effectiveness. Many people who grind their teeth may not even realize that they are doing it, since it often happens when you are sleeping. Some of the most noticeable symptoms are tooth pain and sensitivity when chewing and eating, especially cold foods.

No Common CURTESY ….tell you one thing and then don’t do it….Waited all Day Friday for a Phone Call from them…(NEVER GOT IT ) it’s like other People don’t have other things to do.That’s No way to run a Business as far as I’m concerned…have another Set to be Relined but they will not get another $888.00 from me. I don’t like being told one thing and then it not go through..HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY…

Give them $500.00 up front for dental work there was $140.00 on used in the mean time we moved out of the state we started calling them before we moved and the office manager started ok we will take care of it Nov.2019 so in jan we closed on our house still no return. We keep calling with the new address it took us ontil may 2020 and never sent the break down on what my ins.paid what a joke of a place we never ever had a dr or dentist keep our money for 6 months and had too keep calling them ever two weeks and charge us to send our money back

Always had bad experience with dentist so I never went until i had to by then my teeth were in bad shape. I learned to talk keeping my head down never letting people see me smile at all if i did i did it with my hand over my mouth. Honestly I picked Lets C U Smile because of the name. The first visit is consult when I opened my mouth for exam I was embarrassed. Dr. Haynes was so professional ,gentle and never once made a remark that made me feel bad. I thought wow could this be true I had found a great dentist?. When you first walk in the office the receptionist greets you she is a sweet awesome

I only give 1 star because the dental work itself was good. Please watch yourself if you go to this dentist. They had me sign for the services before they were performed. This was standard so I signed.
They told me the portion I would have to pay was $85 for cementing a crown back in. OK.
After I got home they called me and said the person verifying my insurance made a mistake in telling me that my portion was $85 and that they wanted another $120. I explained that if they had told me the amount I was going to be charged was $205 I would not have had the procedure done. I asked for the doctor
