Initially I thought the place was nice. I got a regular pedicure & gel manicure. I was told the colors would match. They didn’t. The regular color was noticeably darker. Regardless of the color not matching, my nails looked great. After 5 days one of my nails chipped. I called & asked if I could come in to get just the one nail fixed. Over the phone it seemed like now big deal. When I got there I was grilled about who did my nails & what color I choose. Since the woman who did my nails was there, I didn’t want to single her out so I said didn’t remember. I then told the owner what the color

I have been going to Creative Nails & Spa for almost 2 years. Ellen is THE BEST nail technician I have ever been to. Her work is EXCELLENT! When I first went to her (previously I was going to a different bustling Scottsdale nail salon )my nails were paper thin from years of acrylics and then gel. They would not grow.
