Brian, Erica, and the team at Blue Diamond offered coordination, transportation and flawless execution on a day that has many, many moving pieces. Their drivers were safe and friendly, and their coordination team made planning and scheduling leading up to the event seamless. We ordered a 32 person vehicle and a 16 person vehicle for 4 trips throughout the day to bring our guests between the hotel and wedding venue. I contacted them based off of a recommendation from another transportation company (already a good sign) and they did not disappoint. Tina was extremely helpful to work with, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and was pleasant on the phone. We splurged on Blue Diamond for our wedding because we know that buses are important and we needed a reliable company. Boy were we wrong going with Blue Diamond. They were set to have 2 buses pick up my guests at the hotel to take to the venue--1 bus didn't show up until 45 minutes after the scheduled time because he went to the wrong hotel. Causing many of my guests to be late to the wedding and stand in the heat for 45 minutes waiting. That was only the beginning. I booked Blue Diamond for my family reunion and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Brad was super professional and responsive through booking. Our bus driver Wayne was SO awesome to my family! We have a large family and had quite a few family members in wheel chairs. Our bus was not wheelchair accessible, but Wayne was a SUPERSTAR! I always use Blue Diamond when I go to RDU and back. They are reliable, professional and easy to deal with the logistics of setting up a ride. We used Blue Diamond Transportation for our wedding and it was a smooth and easy process from start to finish! Brad was extremely helpful in setting everything up, and our driver, Daniel, was prompt and friendly. We used one of their large buses to take guests from the ceremony to the reception, and even with multiple trips, all the guests made it to the reception quicker than we could have hoped. All in all, it was a great experience that made our wedding more convenient for our friends and family!

Blue Diamond Transportation is a class act! We hired them for a 3 day conference we had in town. They handled all of our transportation needs; from airport shuttles, local tours, dine around event and more! We used every size and shape bus they had over the course of the conference. The buses were beautiful, stylish and very clean. The drivers are very professional and the service was excellent! The GM, Brad, was very helpful and knowledgeable as we planned and coordinated all of the conference logistics! I would definitely recommend Blue Diamond for any of your transportation needs!!!
