Cobblestone Park

I came here to rent a apartment and the staff was super helpful and help me find what was right for me. The place is really pretty and there is lots of friendly people definitely recommend these apartments!!

Warning...warning..warning.....horrible apartments. Moved from 400 miles away and was told I could only move in after 5 pm. I sat in the Jack in the Box parking lot with a truck and trailer for 6 hours. Rent always varied from month to month...sometimes with a $100 dollar difference. There's too many apartments and not enough parking spots...its like parking downtown. Don't let the outside appearance fool you....don't do it.

Clean, quiet, and the staff is really great which is what makes living here amazing. I’ve been living at Cobblestone apartments for 2 years! Any time I had any problems with my apartment it was fixed in a timely fashion. They’ve done a good with communicating with me.

I recently visited Cobblestone Park looking for a one bedroom apartment. My first person of contact was Edith in the office. I have nothing but great things to say about her, she was ever so helpful throughout my visit and that did not change a bit during with conversations with her. She is very responsive and always has a great attitude. I am looking to choose Cobblestone Park when my lease expires in February. Thank you Ms. Edith.

After a pleasant tour of the community, I was pleased to have the property manager come and introduce herself. Wow!!!!

This place is trash and the good reviews have to be fake! There was a shoot out in these apartments where a 16 year old was killed! The party was advertised on social media and these apartments did nothing to stop it so teenagers were able to shoot the apartments up and Kill people. Do not move here!!!

Recently visited Cobblestone Park Apartments and was hesitant about doing so because of the past reviews; however, I must say this place is an absolutely beautiful community. My first point of contact was with Edith. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable about pricing and description of the apartment I’m interested in. I had a pleasant and positive experience at Cobblestone Park. I’m looking to move in April and will be leasing here with my wife and children. My interaction with the office staff was positive and they were all very helpful and professional. Prior to visiting Cobblestone Park, I visited another apartment community in the area and had a bad experience with the office staff. Cobblestone definitely has very knowledgeable and pleasant staff ready to assist. The community itself was very clean and far exceeded my expectations.
