I took a stainless steel and 14 karat gold bracelet that was my son’s fathers who passed away. I gifted it to him for his high school graduation and he loved it. I didn’t realize the clasp was very worn down and was having a very hard time to find a place that could replace the clasp. Precision jewelers was AWESOME and got it fixed in 2 days! To say they are the best is an understatement. Very grateful and appreciative for them!!

I needed to get my ring fixed. I had accidentally bent it, badly. I had a bad experience at another jewelry store when I was trying to resize my wife’s ring so I’ve put off getting my ring fixed. Today I stopped in about an hour before they closed & they took care of me immediately! My wedding band is thinner & cheaper but they took it, fixed it & got all of the scratches out & made it shiny again! It looks brand new! I am very pleased. Any time i have jewelry needs, this will be my first stop. They took care of me fast, professionally & pleasantly. I never leave reviews but I really appreciate
