Pinnacle has been fabulous! So glad I called them, only wish I had done it sooner. It’s so great to actually be able to enjoy my porch and yard again. They have been easy to work with, responsive and on time. I would definitely recommend them and would use them for any other issues.

Great experiences with this company. We had a hornet nest infestation that worked it’s way into our house wall (it was terrifying)! We were getting a swarm outside and a bunch or hornets inside and they came right over and took care of it! We’ve had no wasp problems since. They were super professional and explained everything and all the procedures. We were very happy and very impressed! I highly recommend this company!

When I moved in 4 years ago, we had ants all over the yard, crawling up into the house and some entering the house. Greg came and got rid of them quickly and they have not returned since. He also has taken care of mice, voles, silverfish, mosquitoes and ticks. I highly recommend him and his crew. Always professional and responsive.

I called Pinnacle on Wednesday and they came on Friday. Greg was informative and pleasant on the phone. He sounded happy to help. They came on Friday, did their thing, explaining as they went. Greg asked us to call on Sunday to let him know how it went, but I did not call (It was Easter). Greg called first thing Monday morning to check in. Wow! What great service! I have not been bothered by any bugs or rodents since they Pinnacle was here. Highly recommend this company.
