Great service. I was going to a new job interview, and my car died. Thankfully I was broken down right across the street from south bay automotive I walked across the street and spoke to Tommy. Him and his guys dropped everything got my car from across the street. They had my car up and running in minutes. What great service. They really treat you like family #SayvilleSouthBay

I got stuck in Sayville and it was the worst experience you can have. One of the Old guys has a rotten attitude told me to screw off when I was in the deli. Left the car at the shop to be worked on. I did screw off went somewhere else with my car. My English is not so good. I understood very well Stacey said they put fake reviews up I kind a be leave her now. Friend's and Family.

There isn’t enough space in this review section to tell you GREAT this shop is. Every employee I encountered was positive, kind, knowledgeable, prompt and very helpful towards me. Any issue with my car was tended to in a timely manner. Excellent work and great value from a top team. New to area- needed to get an inspection after tires replaced- tire shop mentioned I could try South Bay Auto, which was in the neighborhood. It looked pretty busy there, but it was a nice day and I was happy about my new tires, so went in anyway to ask. Tom the owner said they could squeeze me in- so that was a relief! He mentioned about having an angry customer earlier, and wanting to be helpful- so I guess being positive and respectful of a busy shop can help your experience of service. My vehicle was in and out rather quickly- Thank You Tom and Ed!

Tom's shop is THE BEST on the south shore! I've been going to Tom for almost three years now for any problem I have, from a light out to a bent frame. Him and his staff provide the utmost professional work and the results speak for itself. He also does a lot of work for my grandparent's cars and is EXTREMELY fair with his prices. Can't say anything bad about South Bay Auto Repair. For your next auto need, do yourself a favor and go to Tom!
