I’ve always hated bringing my cars to mechanics for repair because unfortunately the industry in general isn’t very trustworthy- until you come here. The service and pride shows in the work these guys do and you are never pressured or lied too about what your car needs. Forever customer. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

Ossies is great! My gfs family have been using them for a long time. Previously used them for oil change and tire replacement. This time had my brakes completely redone. Ossie is very detailed and informative in his estimates. Work is done in a timely matter. I will be using them again in the future.

There is no better place than Ossie's Auto Repair! I was recommended to Ossie's several years ago after my regular mechanic retired and closed shop. Ossie's is an honest, caring repair shop. No work is ever done without a detailed report sent by email or text, with pictures included and all repairs are thoroughly explained. Each time I bring my car in they update me on the health of my car, what maintenance is needed and why it's needed, but never pressured into having any other work done at that time. I trust that what Ossie and or his staff recommend is needed to keep my car in good condition

Boy am I thankful I found this place. Needed a pre-purchase inspection on a BMW. Ian found a million issues with it - prior damage not reported to CARFAX, codes being thrown, oil dripping, etc etc. He knows BMW's inside out. Obviously I didn't buy the car. He saved me five figures. Highly recommended.

I rarely bring my cars to a mechanic for service since I do most repairs necessary. Of course my family's "fleet" of cars needs NY state inspection every year. I tried Ossie's a few years ago and I'll keep on going back. I never feel pressured into getting work done. They provide a fantastic electronic report viewable on your phone that details the results of their inspection with recommended services. The best feeling is knowing that you can trust your mechanic. No one wants to spend extra money on parts and services that are unnecessary. Ossie's auto repair shop is the definition of quality and trust. I love that I can bring my car to a place where I know they won't feed me lies just to make a couple extra bucks. They genuinely care and it for sure shows when you go! Highly recommend :-)
