Beautiful studio, welcoming community, and amazing instructors. They encourage practicing what feels right in your body and offer modifications as well as challenges. They also sell Jade mats, which is my personal favorite brand. Everything you need in a studio, no matter where you are in your practice. Easy to follow direction if you’re a newbie. So glad I dropped in!

I’m a yoga instructor that was traveling to the area and saw they offered paddle board yoga. I’d never done this type of yoga before so thought I’d give it a try. I’ve paddle boarded a few times, so took the beginner class with Devan. It was an amazing class, she taught us some of the basics of boarding, and taught a full class that was challenging and overall really awesome! I’ll be back for sure if I’m in the area again! Thanks so much!

I've been to several yoga studios around Wilmington. I love Longwave the most because of the instructors. They are extremely knowledgable and do a great job of keeping the classes challenging and interesting. They also offer beginner or more basice classes if that is what you're after. I always feel relaxed and rejuvenated when I leave.

I really love this studio. They have a large variety of classes and class times. They have an incredibly friendly staff-definitely a community feeling at this studio. My favorite classes are the hour of power classes with Jessie-she will definitely make you work hard. They have a great introduction package to give you the opportunity to try some of their classes risk free. Take advantage of their paddle board yoga in the warmer weather!

I have been doing yoga on and off for years - various studios in different cities. My first class at Longwave was nothing short of excellent. Though we came in unexpected at 6:50am. Julie, the instructor, kindly got us signed up, showed us around their spectacular studio, AND still managed to start on time. Oh, and the class was amazing! Thanks Julie!

Truly my favorite yoga studio I've practiced at. Longwave has the perfect balance of both the meditative and physical aspects of yoga. They offer a wide variety of classes to choose from - my favorites have been candlelight yin and power hour yoga. Each teacher brings their own unique twist/talent to their class and is very hands on (if you wish) to ensure students are aligned correctly. Highly recommend this studio!

I LOVE Longwave yoga. The most valuable thing at Longwave is the people. Every instructor is so knowledgeable, they provide a unique experience every time you attend class. I’ve been practicing here for at least 2 years and each and every class has been a unique experience where I leave having learned something new. Mind, body, and soul are all cared for here! What a beautiful place ♥️

As a self identified meathead yoga has never been my thing, I've been more of a GTL guy (gym, tan, laundry for those not familiar with The Jersey Shore). My wife finally convinced me that we should sign up so we both did their 30 day for 30$ package. The first class we went to was the Aroma therapy class and it was lovely I thought, wow this isnt too hard I can do this regularly. Well today I went to the Basic class with Devan. She showed me the light and I was pouring sweat, I like to think she was merciful with me. It was a fantastic challenge. The studio is clean all the girls that

Every time I'm home visiting family, I look forward to practicing at Longwave. I usually stick with the Vinyasa classes and all the instructors are amazing. I make a point of going to classes taught by Britt and Mary. The studio also has cool, local jewelry, doTerra oils, and fun yoga clothing for sale. Longwave offers a great variety of workshops, SUP/beachside classes, etc. you have to check out if it fits your schedule. I love this studio and can't wait to come back and practice again!

The location is excellent, the staff is exceptional and they offer a little bit of everything. Check out the schedule and you will find lots of great options regardless of your level. If you are a local you should try their 30 for $30, one-time 30 day unlimited access package. If you're visiting, drop in for a class or check out the $55 unlimited week tourist package!

I've been going to this studio for about 6 weeks and it is my favorite yoga studio I've ever been to. All the instructors are incredibly friendly and open for questions before or after class. The schedule is very versatile for those who work. They constantly have events and guest instructors. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Addie Jo, Rachel, Carolyn, and Logan. They do the "Hour of Power" classes which are such a great workout. The instructors are very hands on and help correct your posture in a gentle way. They've been very encouraging and supportive as I learn!

My first experience was a beginner's class at Longwave Yoga with Angela David who surprised me with not only her professionalism in her teaching style, but her attitude that all are welcome to experience Yoga. I honestly did not believe I would be able to benefit from this new type of exercise and meditation, but felt so refreshed after the first visit I came back every day for the rest of the week. I was then unable to come due to meeting some deadlines, and noticed how much my body and mind needs the Yoga. It is definitely worth the trial and I plan to fit it into my busy schedule. There

I am new in Wilmington and I am happy to find this beautiful oasis! I love all the instructors and they have classes each time of the day. What I love most is that it's never crowded, so you really get to focus on your practice. Everyone is so friendly and relaxed, which helps you to concentrate on yourself and give yourself that time to rest and enjoy yoga. I am doing their 30 for 30 package and I am now trying to see what kind of membership to avail to continue my practice. I highly recommend you to try it!

Longwave yoga is my favorite studio in town and I'm pretty sure I've been to them all. They just have some of the most genuine and FUN instructors. They don't take themselves too seriously (which some yogis have the habit of) but take the practice seriously, which I love. They also seem to genuinely care about all of their clients and are big on giving back to the community.

I was disappointed when I paid for 10 passes for $125, used 2 and lost the balance because I did not use them within 3 months. I was surprised that I was not offered an extension for at least he course of the next week. Basically got the "oh well" attitude from the studio. Not very yogi like customer service. It was my responsibility to read the fine print but I still feel like I should have received different treatment in a small studio versus a mega gym. Unfortunately for them there are plenty of other places to practice.

Absolutely love this studio! The teachers are great and the studios' aesthetics are warm and inviting. I have been practicing with the studio owner (Lexi) for a handful of years and she is an amazing women and yoga teacher. The studio is like a second home for many of us yogis in Wilmington. You really can't go wrong with any class that you'll take - each instructor has the experience and knowledge to deliver exactly what the class offers. Not many studios can boast that. I love this place so much that I decided to do my 300hr advanced teacher training here. With getting my 200hr at Pure Yoga in
