They are literally the kindest, most caring pharmacy I have ever been to! I remember the first time I came in and I was new to Hyrum and Eric talked to me for a few minutes and welcomed me to Hyrum and asked me where I was from, etc. He helped me feel like I was not just a “number” in the great big state of Utah, (I am from Idaho) but that I was a person and he cared. The day my step-dad was diagnosed with cancer, I talked with Tan. I was literally at my breaking point with life, and I told him what had happened and he just listened and showed he genuinely cared, and I was so grateful!!

I had the best experience. There was a mixup with getting my prescription over to Reeds. I want to thank Michelle for getting my prescription. And keeping me informed, while being patient and polite. And thankyou Kylie i was waiting for more than 10 mins on drive thru.She came out and was immediately able to get me my meds i needed. The staff is very caring, Respectful, patient. I admire your line of work . Thank you guys.

I originally moved all of my prescriptions to Reed's because my other pharmacy is too hard to get into with the virus right now - Reed's delivery makes it so much easier! I now stay, not only for the convenience of delivery, but for their excellent customer service. One day there was a mishap with a prescription we needed, and the pharmacist personally drove it all the way to our house after work to make up for it.

I’m always amazed at how much they help... it’s January so co-pays reset and my insurance always tries to make me use their mail order service. But I’ve had problem with it. So I went in Yesterday and explained my situation, Nadia listened, and said she believed that she could help me. She came back quickly stating that she could beat the mail order price. They are always helpful.

I'm at Reed's frequently to deal with family health issues, and they are always friendly and work quickly to help. They do get busy so I've had to wait before, but they're busy because people know that they're helpful and personable. Reed's is able to capture the classic feel of an old drugstore that knows your health needs and is proactive in helping you with them. There have been several times that Reed's has warned about certain prescription combinations and adverse health effects that were missed with the doctors prescribed them. We have been going to Hyrum Drug,, now Reed's Pharmacy, for the past 50 years. All of the people we have met and who have served us over the years have been wonderful. They have helped us work through many problems So much so, that we consider them friends. We have appreciated their concern, patience, and helpfulness.
