Med Sync is a service we offer at Brigham Community Pharmacy to help manage your medication refills so that you will be able to pick up ALL of your medications on one day each month.

Customer service: oftentimes lacking, like the other patrons who have observed this. And one commenter was right, it's usually the blond techs who act like they hate their jobs that are the ones that will avoid eye contact and leave you waiting..
But the most upsetting and frustrating thing that I must comment on his this, I suffer from a debilitating psychological disorder and I am on a novel medication that is new to treating this disorder and me and a few other patients that I know decided to use this pharmacy to simply mix this medicine into a liquid form so that we could administer it properly

This place has been horrible. Everyone has been very rude when I have to pick up prescriptions. I had a refill that needed to be re-confirmed with the doctor. The doctor did not refill it automatically and we did not hear back from the pharmacy about not being able to refill the prescription. We put prescriptions on auto-refill, they did not auto refill them, we had to call. When we got a defective pen of a maintenance drug, they would not switch it out, gave me a dirty look and walked away when I said that my previous pharmacies would replace the pen. I love supporting local businesses, this one

I have tried to support the pharmacy because they are a local small town business, but on several occasions I have been less than impressed. The employees aren't very friendly, seem put out to help, and the wait time is pretty long. It's sad because they have a unique opportunity to be a fun part of the community and the drive through is a great service.

I did not have a good experience today. Never been there before and I got the worst customer service. 1st off they all look like they hate their job. The lady that was helping at the cashier (long blonde curly hair) had the worst mannerisms. I stood there for I don't know how long and she didn't even acknowledge me ever! Someone else finally did. Good customer service would have been to acknowledge me first off and just tell me I'll be right with you. That's all! None of that was said she didn't even make eye contact nothing! She gave the piss poorest customer service ever. If you hate your job
