Bell Rock Finance provides investment financing to professional real estate investors for the acquisition and renovation of residential and commercial properties. Spencer is a co-founder and Principal at Bell Rock Finance where he jointly oversees all aspects of the firm's operations. Prior to co-founding Bell Rock Finance, Spencer worked with Boomerang Capital Partners for 8 years, most recently as Director of Lending Operations.
Before that, Spencer opened the Arizona office for Cornerstone Wealth Management where he raised investor capital and consulted with new clients regarding their investment portfolios. He was previously a Manager at Deloitte and a Business Analyst with Intel Corporation. He received a BS in Information Systems from Brigham Young University.
