The Lomenzos are a wonderful real estate team serving the Cape. They were very helpful years ago when my father passed away and left a condo behind in West Yarmouth. We had an elderly family member move out of their house and needed it sold for their living expenses. We live out of state and needed help with the house sale and someone to guide us through the process. The house was in need of some work prior to going on the market. Peter explained what work would make it more amenable to buyers. He also had the contractor to do it. During this time the COVID-19 outbreak started.
