So last summer my cousin decided he wanted to come to the Cape on a last minute Vacation. Anyone knowing Cape Cod last minute means Motels are all booked! So I gave them Pine Acres phone number and he was lucky he got into a house last minute and was thrilled! He loved how the staff in the office treated him. they were so helpful in everything he needed for his family. His wife has very bad ocd and she had no complaints in the house as far as clean the house was! Their family were so happy he just called to let me know they are booking two weeks for this Summer!

We love Pine Acres Realty - Rental Division. We have been renting from them for the past 8 years. They are always quick to respond to questions or replace something at a cottage, if needed. One year our schedule changed and they were very helpful in finding us a cottage for the new week. (We loved the new cottage and rent it every year since.)

Absolutely 5 stars ⭐️
I have family that came to the cape last August. This is their 5th time coming to visit. They have used other rental businesses but were not impressed. They are booking through pine acres once again this summer for the 3rd time. Hands down pine acres is the best!
The staff is amazing & every house they have rented was above and beyond what they expected. Summer on the cape is the best & I am happy to know that when my family is here they are happy & comfortable!!

The house we rented is a joke $5000 per week! House is dirty

.Fridge is broke
HOUSE VERY OUT OF DATE COULD NOT USE ONE OF THE BEDROOMS AND FAMILY ROOM HAS MOLE SO BAD YOU CANNOT BREATH!!!!
I do not know how this company stays in business they have very misleading ads. They said this house was remodeled in 2016 [well then why do we still have a pink bath tub?

The economy is presently doing well and Pine Acres Realty is now ripping off and misrepresenting it’s rental properties! Their photos showed a loving home. Unfortunately the interior of this rental property , we rented from Pine Acres, is not the same quality of the exterior photo. The house is way over priced and dirty . It was advertised as providing sleeping quarters in the basement that has the air quality of a old musty cave. The basement is better for growing mushrooms than a supposed bedroom and family room.
