A telemedicine appointment is just like a regular health care appointment, only the provider you will be seeing and speaking with will be available remotely via videoconferencing. Telemedicine allows you to discuss symptoms, medical issues, and more with a healthcare provider in real time. Using telemedicine, you can receive a diagnosis, learn your treatment options, and get a prescription.
Phone Visits are clinical exchanges that occur via telephone only between providers and patients and can be used if the patient doesn't have access to the technology needed to do a video visit.
These visits are for patients with an established (or existing) relationship with a provider or practitioners where the communication is not related to a medical visit within the previous 7 days and does not lead to a medical visit within the next 24 hours.They can be used for brief routine follow up visits and medication refills.

People in the billing department are either lazy or incompetent or both at doing their jobs. We have been waiting on a refund from a January date of service, I've called many times and they down right lie, saying the check is in the mail. We'll, 9 months later and still no check. They won't call back. I've documented date, time, who I spoke with, so now I'm going over all their heads to get this taken care of. They all need fired!

I have really had no issue with fhc service. My issue has always been with their phones. You call the switch board, you get no answer. When you do and they connect you to which ever location or department you want to speak with, you get no answer. St. Matthews office has really nice ladies and the Dr is great, but the phones are enough to make you want to scream. How can you say you strive to provide excellent service if noone answers the phone??!

The worst ever! No doctors...how do you have a health center with no doctors! I have been trying to get my prescription for 2mths. They tell me only walkin available but theres no doctor. When I asked where else should I go because its important I get this prescription for asthma Im starting to have trouble breathing without my meds...receiptionist says well go to ER then. Its the ghetto what do you expect right!!!

Zero stars if I could! You walk in this dirty ran down building and every receptionist is on the phone gossiping with each other so I’m guessing that’s why I couldn’t get through to OBGYN department. They gave me the run around, told me to come back twice just for a print out . Went to medical records & they can’t keep up with files but could make you wait just to talk about hair stylist. They’re pitiful.

Just say no. It took a while to get my insurance straight so I took the earliest appointment I could get at any clinic. This clinic... My first appointment the receptionist was extremely rude. It was scheduled for 8 a.m. and I was told I would be the first appointment of the day. I wasn’t called back until 8:45 and the DOCTOR I was told I would be seeing was NOT seeing me. Instead a midwife saw me at 9:45, nearly two hours after my appointment time I was seen by someone other than the doctor I set up with with no explanation! But they billed my insurance saying I was seen by the doctor. I had

Don't walk, run.....away from this place. I scheduled a 1:00 PM dental appointment, only because they are in my network. That morning, they called my cell phone and when I answered, they put me on hold! After about 5 minutes of waiting, I hung up. They called back about a half hour later and wanted to know if they could reschedule me for 3:00 PM. I arrive at my appointment and spend a half hour waiting. They take me in, the dentist walks in says she has a 4 o'clock and has to leave. She spends about 2 minutes in my mouth says I need extensive cleaning, come back in a week and they'll get started

Like many youth and adults the thoughts of dental visits are uncomfortable right down to horrible...but the dental team at this health center facility was the opposite; very attentive to my fears of them and they didn't appear like monsters waiting to dig into my month with pleasure. Instead the team together kept my fears away and worked in my month with no cause for me to tense up in their dental chair...I actually was brave for the first time in my fifty plus years. Thank you and I will stay on schedule with my next dental appointment.
