I have had a tremendously wonderful experience with RophekaCares. They are good listeners who take cognizance of nurses' complaints and or suggestions. Very proactive, very thorough. They take the safety of nurses' seriously as we go into different homes to provide care. I am honored to be a part of the team. On a personal note, I remain grateful and appreciative of the kindness and sympathy they showed me during my grief secondary to the passing of my parents.
