While our goal has remained the same, we've come a long way over the years. Waterstone Mortgage was founded in 2000 in suburban Milwaukee. Our first office space was only 350 square feet - which was a tight fit, even for our small 3-person team.

We've now refinanced with this company twice, the first time a decade back, in a different home, and now in 2021, masked and distanced. I've already penned a stellar five star review for the broker, Jason, he was on it from the moment we got started. This review concerns our experience closing out the paperwork at the end, the staff, the facility.
They were clearly utilizing Covid-safe practices, carefully scheduling clients to keep capacity at a minimum. Our conference room was clean, pens were sanitized and we were asked
