By chance I stumbled across Richard while trick or treating with my kids around the building his office is located in. After asking if he did va refinancing we set up a meeting. In a few weeks I had a new loan and had every expectation met. He is very responsive and so helpful. If you need a company to help you through the refinancing process there is no one else I would even think of using. Highly recommended!

When I was looking to refi my home loan, I had offers that were questionable, even from my own bank where I hold the loan. THEN, I talked to Richard Gessford. He immediately put me at ease and in short, sweet, simple language he informed me that it would be best not to refi at all for reasons that are very valid and that my own bank did not inform me of. This was my second time dealing with Richard. First for a home loan, second for a refinance. I have had others in the past, but with Richard communication was clear, timely and always appeared to be in my best interest. Richard is an amazing loan officer. He handled my Convential refince loan and a new VA loan when we decided to move.
