We have been taking our cars to Old 8 for over 20 years and have always felt well taken care of. Klint and Kent work Hard, are extremely thorough and keep excellent records. We trust them completely.

After returning from a road trip, I noticed an issue with my car. My coworker referred me to this place, and since it’s near the office, I called right away. The three team members I spoke with were polite and professional. They took care of my car on the same day and I paid much LESS than I expected! I’m definitely recommending this place to everyone I know.

Matt and the team are great. Easy to work with, open and honest. Took my car over for an oil change and after squeezing me in to their busy schedule, proceeded to do an entire inspection of the car and provide me with a list of recommended maintenance items. Absolutely trust my car to these guys.

Went to olde 8 one month ago to have my wheels balanced. After waiting 2 1/2 hours for a job that should take an hour to do the owner tells me that he thinks ALL my rims are bent and his balancing machine just broke. So he tells me that he ordered the part to fix his balancing machine and as soon as he gets it he will call me and get me in and out quickly. That was a month ago. Haven’t got that call. Doesn’t matter, I would never take my car back. That’s certainly not how to get future business. All my rims were not bent!

Has to be one of the worst shop I've ever had to deal with, since when do you have to pay separately for an alignment. they charge to set the toe and charge to set the camber. They say they'll have it done a a certain time but that's untrue. Terrible service, I wouldn't take a go cart there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE.

Best Automotive Repair Shop around, they take care of their customers and all their automotive needs.

I took my car in when it wasn't running due to some wires shorting out,they not only found all they wires and relpaced them but they found other safty issue's that could have been a much bigger expense if it wasn't taken care of. They even had a loaner for me to use, and they had my car done by the end of the day. I have told all my friends and family about them and they know have me as a customer for life. Thanks Kent Sr. and Klint for all you did to make my 2009 kia Rio5 run like new.

I would rate most mechanics a low star. They all seem to overcharge, not fix the problem right, claim you need more than you do or take forever. This place is no exception.
Vehicles sit waiting to get worked on forever.
I always work on my own trucks but the one time I took a truck here they didn't fix the problem I brought it to them for.

1st time at the shop and I am new in the area.
The store was recommended to me by the discount tires shop I went earlier in the year.

Do not base your judgment on the outside and inside look of the shop, as it looks a little old. The people is just super friendly and really want to help you.

I just went in for a alignment check. The test was free and they even took me early. I was out in 30 minutes. They have coffee, Internet and all that available when you wait.

I was not disappointed with my appointment and the other customers that were there at the same time didn't look either.

Olde 8 goes above and beyond. I used to go only to the dealer for service but it turns out they ignore a lot of issues to improve turnover. Olde 8 is thorough. They tell me what they see and let me decide what I want to do.

5 Stars review. Referred to Olde 8 Automotive by Discount Tire for front end alignment and they passed along very competitive price and completed the job on time. Also passed on estimates of other work needed due to the age of vehicle.

I just visited Olde 8 for the first time after moving to area. Being new to the area I was tentative to try out a new business but after seconds of talking with he guys at Olde 8 I was reassured they we're going to do a great job in a timely and affordable manner. I felt I was given an honest and fair quote and that the work that was performed was well worth the money. Moving can be a stressful time and working with Olde 8 was a breathe of fresh air after weeks of "road bumps". Definitely recommend trying these guys out.

They do an excellent job but you will pay more. However, you will have no hassles. They always stay by there estimates and correct things when they are at fault which is not often!
one time, I Thought they did not analyze the problem correctly and instead of saying we are not sure they said they knew what the problem was. After working on the car for $580 labor and parts it was a correct solution.
The part was defective. They replaced it and it is still working fine to this day which is 4 years later.

Twice I've had to have my vehicle towed in for repairs and both times the service and quality of work were exceptional! The service adviser Klint was the most knowledgeable automotive person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I will and have recommended Olde 8 Automotive to every person I know. Keep up the extraordinary work!!

My husband and I have been taking our cars to Olde 8 for the past two years. Previously we went to our dealer. We both drive Hondas. We have found Olde 8 more friendlier and way more convenient. I was surprised to see someone commented about the prices. My experience has been when comparing them to dealership prices they were much lower! And when we got new tires on my van and I pointed out a promotion another tire place in the area was giving and they matched it.
All in all, I have been very pleased with the service, and have not had an issue with the quality of work. Love the changes they made
