ASE certified for twenty nine years and holding the ASE advanced engine performance certification, Frank resided in the world of automotive academia prior to running repair shops. Frank was trained by both Ford and General Motors factory repair programs. As an Ohio EPA certified trainer, Frank trained technicians to repair emissions failures in the formative years of the Ohio E-check program.

I am very grateful to find this shop. Visiting from ND and we had issues with our truck.First shop we took it to claimed to fix the issue,but seemed to do more harm. These guys were able to get us in and quickly diagnosed the issue. Repair was done and we were kept in the loop along the way. I feel confident that we will have no issues driving back to ND. I appreciate that they did not take advantage of our situation and we are able to enjoy the last few days of our vacation.

I brought my car here to have the turbo on my engine replaced. $1100 dollars and less than 3 months later, the turbo goes out again. After getting turbo fixed for a 2nd time the check engine light on my car came on as soon as I pulled off their lot. Another $450 for a thermostat. I get that fixed and the check engine light comes on again before I get home. These clowns had to also fix the thermostat again. This place is a joke. Take your car somewhere else.

On Broadway Ave in Bedford, Ohio is a rare find. Over the past few months (July - Sept of 2020) I have been looking for a dealer that would rust proof my 2019 Ford transit van using a product called Fluid Film. Making an appointment for early Tuesday morning and not knowing how long I'd have to wait, I was greeted by Frank JR at 8AM. I Have known Frank, Frank jr. and Angie for over 25 years. I worked part time for Frank senior and was Happy to know his Dad and Mom and trust me, Pop's was a hard but beautiful guy. I was actually in the very first E-check class that Frank taught. I am a business owner and I hate reviews, I have to deal with them all the time and this is the first time that I have written a review. Bedford auto care is NOT a good place to take your car. A year ago, I brought my car, a BMW 5 series, in for a noise that was coming from the front wheel and took it there to be fixed. They charged me close to… $400 and the noise never went away. Last month, I took my car there because It wasn’t turning on. They said that they would have to do some work with the battery and computer communication problems in order to fix it.
