We've stayed here at least 3 or 4 times now. I do prefer the bedrooms on the bottom floor. Although I do like the fact that upstairs rooms have a tub. We have never had any issues. We come here as a family to visit other family who lives in Bartow. I recommend this place. We love the swimming pool. Everybody we have encountered here has been very friendly.

Wish I could leave a negative star. Booked room in advance, paid online. Proceeded to drive 3 hours to the hotel on our trip. We finally got here tired and ready for bed on our long trip. Got to the hotel and was told there was no rooms and would not give us a refund. Horrible customer service, never will stay.

Disgusting . felt like i was in a horror movie or something. i refused to sleep while i stayed there because of how revolting and sketchy the place was so i had stayed up until check out time . i wanted to change rooms but for some reason the manager or front desk person said i couldn't . here are some photos of this disgusting place .

This Place sucks, it's a bed and cold air. BUT, i had roaches and the sweet lady at the front desk was nice enough to move me even though the owner instructs them not to move the customer. I had to threaten to leave to get moved to 214 which is a decent room. Cold air and no bugs. If u need a cheap place and this is the only option i would ask the girls for the 214 building.

Booked a 3-night stay. Price is competitive and more surprises: free companion with many many many bedbugs, I am able to catch some of them, definitely been there for a long time telling from the poops around them. Talked to the owner, and he refused to change a room for me said it is their policy, but did offer a refund for the price I paid. He will not pay for anything else except a 2 dollar to use their dryer. And I can't stay for the rest of the booking because I am refunded and the room needs to be cleaned the next morning. He suggested to me to look for another place to stay. He must

I was honestly afraid to do a Yelp check-in here during my stay because I didn't want the local axe murderers to know where I was.
The Stay Inn is a lot like that hotel from the Shining except with Less Jack Nicholson and more bad customer service. It's the sort of dingy, under maintained place you usually find in the middle of nowhere and only stay at out of desperation, except that Bartow isn't far enough out in the middle of nowhere to account for the total lack of guest consideration.
They lost my reservation. The free WiFi didn't work, and I suspect it never did. The

The rooms are clean... We thought we were getting a queen x2 but ended up being full size beds
Beware of showering ... Our room didn't have as much problem as a friends but while showering it can change from hot to cold in an instant ... I am 5'3" so did not have problems with the shower head location but anyone above me height will have to kneel down ...
They only give two of each linen so you will have to request at the front desk and get yourself...
Other than that everything is clean... Out dated but clean ... So basically you get what you pay for ...

First note: This place is under new management, with a new name. Second note: we stayed in the handicapped accessible room so parts of my review may not apply to standard rooms.
This place is definitely on the cheaper side when it comes to pricing. You get what you pay for, but its not a bad thing. This place is a bit outdated, though I have heard that they are preparing to renovate. And largely, everything is of good quality. There isn't a large variety of channels on the TV, but there is sufficient numbers to satisfy people. The pool is centrally located and is well kept up. The servicepeople
