These people are slum lords. I rented a property from them in the fall only to discover that the heating systems didn't work in winter and the property's temperature would rise to the low 90's in the summer. I notified the company that the HVAC system did not work over a dozen times and they refused to actually repair the system.

I have purchased a few houses in the past 15 years, and Liz and Aimee have always found the best options for me. Even when I have had a long list of "must haves" for the property (ie: off-street parking, separate office, option to rent part of the house, etc.), they have managed to work a miracle and find the perfect place for me!!
