Towing Driver forgot to give us our key back when he dropped off the car and when we contacted them they were trying to act all gangsta saying "watch your mouth dude" instead of saying sorry for wasting 3 days of your time. Its a rental car that we cannot rent without having our 2nd key. This is crazy. Everyday counts because its a work car and now we are still waiting for them to give us our key back. Wow. Towing was fast though

My car broke down on my way to trade it in for a new Honda Accord at Valley Honda. Alex, the sales consultant at Valley Honda, referred me to Rocket Towing & I’m so grateful that he did. Re Brett Jackson comment.( aka Bjamz91 idgaf) He worked for us and just quit no warning in middle of his shift.he is just trying to make us look bad. Rocket towing has been providing excellent service for many many years. It's pretty bad that a former employee is bad mouthing this company just because he quit and wants to hurt the company.
