Poor customer service, serigos employee Jeremy failed to read very simple instructions on how to park my non running vehicle. When I called Jeremy to tell him I was very unhappy with his service & he needs to make it right. He told me it's not his problem and to tell Sergios Towing about it. So I told Sergio and ask to see a pic of the park job. So I send him a pic and he says he will make it right in the morning. Sergio himself dropped the ball and refused to make it right. I will no longer use this company as im very unhappy he can't make the situation right. I now have to find

This place is outrageous!!!! Called Monday an asked about having my car towed and flat tire fixed. Was told it would be $70 for tow and that they could fix the flat. So when I called back Wednesday to actually have them tow it and fix it. I was told that they don't have a shop and could only tow it. And then when I started to ask why their website shows different he hung up on me!!! More then happy to take my business elsewhere!!!!

Sergio was very helpful, my wife had broken down in her vehicle on the way home from work at night. He got to her vehicle within a half an hour of our phone call and with an hour it was towed right to our mechanic just in time before they closed. He was very friendly and professional as well, I highly recommend him!

This place doesn't deserve a star... We had him pickup our ford fusion to the dealership and told us it'd be 70 dollars then when he got there said oh i need to use 2 2x4s for the busted tires so it'll be 90. Understandable so we paid him the money and he towed it. The second time we needed to tow it (not even 5 min away down the street) he asked for 65 dollars and we reminded him that it would need the 2 2×4s and asked if it would be more.... he said no it'll be the same cost. He gets there and says "oh is this the same car? Yea it'll be 20 dollars extra like last

I hired him about two weeks ago and his tow service was great ,but I called him up and explained that I had stripped lug nuts on a tire ,and if he could change it. He said yes it would be 80 $. When his driver showed up he had no idea that the lug nuts were stripped ,and he was of no help at all. I was still charged full service charge when I was not serviced at all he offered to tow me ,but i initially called him for tire service. He knew he wasn't capable of doing it and still sent a driver out and charged me . I got totally scammed by this guy on the tire service . The tow service was

Needed a tow. My mechanic friend suggested his pal Sergio. Short notice cause I was at work but van was at home. Sergio came quickly was nice and towed van to my pals repair shop. Priced reasonably. Wife did not have cash so Sergio instead billed my mechanic pal cause he's friends w/ him. Give Sergio a call! A+ service!! Fairly priced.

Worst towing company ever. I called them to have my car towed back to my home, Sergio instantly start telling me about their auto shop. I told him I just want to have it towed to my house because I have someone that can repair it ( it was just the starter that had went out), he agreed to pick my car up the next morning and bring it to my house. When they got the car to the house everything appeared fine until later that day I notice a puddle of oil under my car, when I had it check out, there was a hole in my oil pan. I went back to where my car had sat overnight and there was no oil on the ground
