I am a licensed Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbal Medicine practitioner living in NWA for the past two years. Since 2009, I traveled with the wholistic tools of Oriental Medicine from Texas to Nepal, Oklahoma, Colorado, and Washington, D.C., bearing witness to thousands of people experiencing full relief of their ailments or a significant reduction in symptoms.
Whether you want to treat your back pain or transform your emotional and spiritual well-being, I provide individualized care to meet your needs. Let acupuncture guide you to a place of deep relaxation and healing. When stress levels go down, not only can your body hear the right signals for rejuvenation, but so too is your spirit uplifted and ready to engage with clarity and peace of mind.
Acupuncture is part of the larger medical system of Oriental Medicine developed over the past 2500 years. Oriental Medicine views symptoms as a sign of the function of the whole and thus tailors treatment to focus on the root cause of disease while also attending to the symptoms. Acupuncture is a process of applying sterile hair-fine needles on the body at specific points.
Growing up with a garden, always with plants available to provide food and healing, it is no wonder that I have a deep respect for the use of one of the world's oldest and most sophisticated clinical therapies, Chinese herbal medicine. This particular aspect of Oriental medicine provides an ongoing dialogue with your system to help nourish and support the work we do with acupuncture or it can stand alone as your main therapy of choice.
This common Chinese medicine adage speaks well to the use of cupping therapy. Cupping can be used for a variety of ailments, but many people in the West enjoy the benefits for aches and pains that have reached deep layers of the body and seem to refuse to leave. The great success of cupping comes from the suction that is created on the skin to provide space for the lymph system to flow more freely and for blood to circulate more abundantly.

Amy is amazing! She is very professional, knowledgeable, and skilled in her profession. But what sets her apart from others is her sweet and welcoming demeanor and the genuine compassion she has for her clients. She is very soft spoken and has a calming vibe that makes it easy to relax. She is always happy to answer my questions and has a way of calming my anxiety caused by my fear of needles. During my acupuncture sessions she is always so gentle and full of positive energy and good vibes. I always feels better after a session with Amy and highly recommend her!
