Acupuncture is renowned for it's ability to alleviate pain and a multitude of other conditions. Facial Acupuncture and microneedling can improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, stretch marks, as well as the overall texture and health of the skin. During your facial rejuvenation appointment we may utilize a combination of constitutional acupuncture, microneedling, cupping, guasha/'scraping' and microcurrent.
If retinol (2% or higher) or tretinoin is used regularly, please discontinue use for three days before your appointment. If you have frequent episodes of cold sores, taking acycolovir or valcyclovir starting one day prior to your treatment may reduce the likelihood of a recurrence. If you are being treated for hair loss, please arrive at the office with the shortest haircut possible.

I partially tore a muscle in my shoulder helping some friends move. The pain was seriously affecting my sleep. After 2 appointments with Brett my pain was reduced to the point that I could sleep at night without waking up multiple times. The healing process was greatly improved by the acupuncture and the pain was manageable from that point on. Brett really takes the time to listen and really wants to help you. I’d recommend her and Christin to anyone!

I was a tad nervous at first, but Brett was super gentle with her techniques. I don't think I felt a single needle enter or exit my skin, but I could immediately feel the benefits and ease of tension throughout my body.
Brett recommended we do the 'cupping' treatment when I talked about my bum shoulder. Not only did I get to look like Michael Phelps with the cupping marks....but my shoulder and back felt much, much better

This was the 1st time I ever tried acupuncture, cupping and wasau. I was skeptical at first but have found not only a treatment that has helped miserable neck and shoulder pain I've had for years but a friend & coach. Brett is phenomenal to say the least! My pain no longer determines what I get to do.

I was unable to raise my right arm without severe pain for several months. After my first treatment with Brett, I was able to raise my arm above my head with no pain at all! Knowing that I have a needle phobia, Brett used a cupping and laser treatment with total success.
I am now being treated for digestive issues stemming from gallbladder removal as well as a detoxification protocol.
Like many, I was initially skeptical about acupuncture and herbal treatments. I can honestly say that I feel better now than I have in years. Thanks, Brett!
