If you want to feel like your friend is helping you through the confusing and complicated realm of HVAC, call on Wyatt. We had our heat pump fail at the beginning of the warm weather season, on a Tuesday. I called Washington Mechanical and was told that they could be down that day to diagnose the issue. Wyatt made the 90min drive and dove in. Ultimately it was decided that the heat pump had pumped it's last. Within 24hrs of losing our heat pump capability, we had a quote with three choices of equipment to choose from. On Friday, Wyatt picked up our new heat pump and coil and headed out way, on
