If you want to feel like your friend is helping you through the confusing and complicated realm of HVAC, call on Wyatt. We had our heat pump fail at the beginning of the warm weather season, on a Tuesday. I called Washington Mechanical and was told that they could be down that day to diagnose the issue. Wyatt made the 90min drive and dove in. Ultimately it was decided that the heat pump had pumped it's last.
